Smoke Free San Diego > Stars

California is a pioneer of the smoke-free movement. Boasting the second-lowest smoking rate in the country – just 11.9 percent of Californians smoke – the Golden State is leading the movement to create smoke-free outdoor environments. Many of these policy victories spring up at the grassroots level, and San Diego is leading the charge.
